What happens if it rains on concert night?
Texas weather is unpredictable, and we may not know if we have to cancel a concert until the very last minute. We make every effort to have a concert as planned, but if there is lightning, rain or anything that would be dangerous to our crew, the performers or our audience, or will damage our equipment, we will cancel the concert.
How do we know if a concert is cancelled?
We make every effort to communicate when a concert has been cancelled or relocated just as quickly as possible. The first place to check is your e-mail for an e-mail notification from Eventbrite for paid benefit concerts. The next place to check is the website and Facebook.
Seating at The LOT Downtown is first-come, first-served. Seating is entirely on grass. Please feel free to bring lawn chairs and blankets.
Food and Drinks
Food and drinks (including alcoholic beverages) may be available for purchase at select concerts and events. Please check the individual event pages for updates on available concessions. No coolers allowed at ticketed events. Food and beverages may be purchased on premise.
Gates open at 5:00 p.m. for all concerts. Gates open at 7:00 p.m. for all movie nights. Exceptions may apply, please check the individual event pages for updates. As soon as gates open, you are welcome to come in and reserve space with chairs or blankets.
There are 9 handicap-accessible spots within 100 feet of The LOT entrance. General parking can be found on the streets and in neighboring lots.
Pets are not allowed at The LOT Downtown.
The LOT is a family-friendly venue. Children of all ages are welcome and children age 3 and under may attend ticketed events free of charge.
If you purchase a ticket on our website or through Eventbrite, your ticket will be sent to the email address you use during check out. If you do not get your tickets via email, please let us know.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES – EVENT TIME AND DATE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. All events are “rain or shine.” You assume ALL risks associated with attendance. You grant permission to use your image, likeness, actions, and statements in any live or recorded audio, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of or at, the event without further authorization or compensation.
